2. Our Services

Troylab provides custom software development, technology consulting, product design, and related digital services. The scope of services will be defined in a separate agreement or statement of work for each project.

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and timely information needed to deliver the services.
• Review deliverables and provide feedback within agreed timelines.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using our products and services.

4. Payments and Fees

Fees for services will be agreed upon before project commencement. Payment terms, schedules, and methods will be outlined in the service agreement or invoice. Late payments may result in delays or suspension of services.

5. Intellectual Property

• All software, designs, and deliverables created by Troylab remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.
• Upon payment, ownership rights will be transferred as defined in the project agreement.
• Troylab retains the right to showcase non-confidential aspects of projects in portfolios and marketing materials.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information secure and not disclose it to third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law.

7. Warranties and Disclaimers

Troylab provides services with professionalism and care. However, we do not guarantee that any software or service will be error-free or meet all specific requirements. To the extent permitted by law, Troylab disclaims liability for indirect damages, lost profits, or business interruptions.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not responsible for losses resulting from misuse, third-party systems, or factors beyond our control.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate an agreement if the other breaches material obligations and fails to remedy within a reasonable timeframe. Termination does not relieve you of your obligation to pay for services already provided.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
